Being a kind of King Midas in music, the anthologist thought it would be pertinent to include this volume which gathers some recordings (taken on the sixties and seventies decades) of the universal classic repertoire that corroborate the criterion, shared by many, that Brower, that kind of “Galaxy”, when performing works composed by others (be them guitaristic or orchestral) as well as his own, gives all music which passes on his hands a special dimension, sui generis, not al all conventional, overflowing with life and artistic ingenuity.
